Now we all know that Refused are back and playing shows.
A few warm up shows before the main Coachella set the other week set the mood to what to expect from Refused.

If you watched the Coachella set the band mentioned that their last show in the US before they broke up was to about 40 people in a basement! crazy i know but that was just how it was back then. A huge difference to the size of the shows they are playing now. The other night they played to a huge crowd in NYC at Terminal 5, this venue is a multi level warehouse type spot with a massive stage. But as the crowd where thinking they where privvy to this “intimate” show in a 3k cap room, little did they know that the band had lined up another secret show at Acheron in Brooklyn! How many does that hold….?? oh just about 100 people!!!

Thank you to who shot this footage cause its pretty amazing! Enjoy!

Oh dear me…..
What started out as an onstage party trick the guys in Heroes For Hire from Australia played around with has now taken it further than we all thought. Dropping a crazy montage video of loads of bands doing a “shoey” and a few celebs such as Bam from Jackass!

Now from the back of that they have decided to do a great tour named “The Just Shoe It” Tour. The “Just Shoe It” tour will see Heroes For Hire embark on their most extensive headline run to date, with support coming from two of Australia’s most promising young punk acts.

ONE NINE NINE FOUR!

April 20, 2012

One Nine Nine Four has been a documentary floating around the desktops of some privileged people for a few years now. With numerous attempts to release the documentary it has finally been leaked online..
The documentary focused on something that is very dear to us all. The era of the punk scene in 90′s, it follows the birth, growth and utter explosion of punk in the 90′s across America.
It pulls in all the big names that shed some of their stories. Take note on some of the stories as they are truly amazing.

One thing that you need to take note is… Atticus wouldn’t be around if it wasnt for these bands and people involved. Sit back watch this banger of a documentary.

Today the boys in House Vs Hurricane just released their second video of their recording diary, for upcoming record Crooked Teeth. They are locked away over at the Machine Shop in New Jersey with no other than Machine. We are super siked to hear what comes out so until then its the video diary’s for now!

House dropped by Melrose Ave before headed over east.

The new record Crooked Teeth is going to be a sold release from the guys. No doubt Machine will get a great sound out of the guys and push them to make sure this is the best record possible. So our good pal Ben Clement is over there with HVH to document the process and is putting out some great work. This is the new episode so sit back and check it all out and also well Bens work.
